Please Note

Once your order has been shipped PrettayClean is no longer responsible or liable. PrettyClean is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

You are allowed to change your shipping address via email prettayclean@gmail.com if you see that you entered information incorrectly and your order has not been processed yet. Please contact immediately as we try and get products out as soon as possible!. We can only change your information if your order has not been prepared for shipping. If your package gets returned to us, due to an incorrect address the order will be refunded (minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost) once it is physically back in our possession. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT PRIOR TO ORDER FINALIZATION

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package leaves our location, the carrier you chose at checkout holds full responsibility of your package. For leaks, broken bottles, damaged packages etc. please contact the carrier you choose at checkout as we do not send broken product to our customers. We take every precaution (such as bubble wrap, confetti paper, packing peanuts, fragile stickers etc.) to insure your order arrives to you safely.

Contact your local post office immediately. We do not deliver your package nor can we control where it gets delivered. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, the carrier holds full liability of said package. Prettay Clean is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages/product. 

If you placed an order with us and you have received a notification from USPS stating that your package has been delivered but you never received the package. If your package appears to be missing or stolen, please allow 48 hours before contacting us.  In most cases, it may have been delivered to your neighbors residence. Please also check with USPS to see if they are holding your package for pickup. Sometimes USPS makes mistakes and marks packages incorrectly.

If you package has not returned within 48 hours, please file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector and you may have to file a police report for theft.
